The GEA Niro Soavi NS3110 ENERGY is the improved version of the 110 kW power
drive 3 – plunger model, a best seller into the Niro Soavi range, able to reach
from 150 up to 1500 bar working pressure. This model combines the simplicity
and robustness of a triplex pump with low crankshaft rpm and reference class
low linear speed of plungers thanks to the specific geometry of the crankcase
assembly, for extended packings and pump valves lifetime.
Fully
engineered with 3D CAD system, the new NS3110 ENERGY features a SS cabinet to
enclose the drive and an easily accessible liquid end, in a reduced footprint
execution.
The liquid end features the latest state of the art design
either in MONOBLOCK version - with front “quick change” packing access -, and
in VHP configuration up to 1500 bar, for the best possible reliability, reduced
maintenance and effective cleanability.
A wide range of homogenizing
valves selection, including the patented high efficiency NanoValve®, is
available for any application according to the required pressure range.
The drive end has been engineered including FEM stress calculation
models, and is based on the Niro Soavi patented G-FX transmission system with
speed reduction gearbox.
The NS3110 is available with a wide range of
options for customized execution in a large variety of process applications.
