the five plunger model NS5132, a compact size homogenizer that offers a
MONOBLOCK design compression head up to 600 bar, made of forged stainless steel
alloy for ultimate fatigue stress resistance under the most severe working
conditions.
Like the bigger model NS5180 which is designed in
soundproof execution, the new NS5132 features the new patented G-FX drive end
design for maximum reliability, into a small footprint cabinet which allows
full accessibility for easy and quick maintenance.
The NS5132 features
premium efficiency motors and efficient lube oil and plungers water cooling for
reduced energy and utilities consumption.

homogenizer can be fitted with a wide selection of optimized homogenizing
valves, including the patented high efficiency NanoValve™, in different
materials to suit different process applications and product viscosities.
The unit can be supplied as option in aseptic version for sterile
processing, and in full pharmaceutical version with cGMP certification manual.
As all GEA Niro Soavi homogenizers and high pressure pumps, the NS5132
can have customized features upon request to match specific working conditions
and plant integration requirements.
