The NanoValve™ is a high efficiency homogenizing valve defined by
means of fluid-dynamics analysis and CFD modelling, which allows reduction of
particle size distribution under the same operating conditions as a standard
homogenizing valve.
The high efficiency NanoValve™ optimizes the use of pressure energy
and improves the micronizing effect especially in low pressure and high flow
rate conditions, resulting in an excellent stabilization of the product and in
a more efficient use of product additives.
Suitable for several applications, not only in dairy and food
processing, but also for beverages and chemical emulsions. The NanoValve™
features solid tungsten carbide homogenizing valve parts for long lasting
operation (even with abrasive products), and maximum processing flexibility.
