OpenXFLO™ is a patented compression block design which can be installed on standard drive end configuration as option, to comply with the pumping requirements of special products.
OpenXFLO™ has been designed to extend high pressure homogenization technology to new applications such as latex and polymers nanodispersions, slurries, polymerizing & shear sensitive fluids, products with high fibres and solids content.
With OpenXFLO™ design concept, a fluid product with agglomerates, fibres and solids is free to be pumped and flow to the homogenizing valve, without any accumulation or clogging across the liquid end, to obtain the required micronization.
Typical pressure rating is up to 150 bar, and special executions can be available upon request for higher pressures on industrial scale capacity.
