New high pressure safety valve with pneumatic CIP-opening device

New high pressure safety valve with pneumatic CIP-opening device – GEA Niro Soavi presents a novel safety valve for their high pressure homogenizers and high pressure pumps with a pneumatic driven CIP opening system.

This new valve works as a standard safety valve with enhanced possibilities. During CIP procedure it can be opened by means of an integrated pneumatic actuator in order to clean also the discharge. Moreover this new safety valve is equipped with a position sensor in order to have a remote feedback in case of valve opening during production.

This safety valve is available optionally up to 600 bar for new machines and also as a retrofit solution for existing GEA Niro Soavi homogenizers.
