GEA Niro Soavi Multi-Block VHP concept, developed for pilot and industrial scale homogenizers working up to 1500 bar / 21750 psi, consists of a split block construction which minimizes fatigue and stress due to peak pulsating pressures. The small parts used are engineered according to accurate FEM modelling, and this ensures specific material selection of these parts, precise machining and surface control for extended reliability of machines working continuously under Very High Pressure conditions.
Special high-pressure gasket configuration, the use of
